It’s the feeling you get a night before your first Exam.
Getting pressurized for exams are perfectly normal and expected but that
tingly feeling right before the very first examination. You lie awake in bed desperately
trying to fall asleep so that you just stop thinking about the ordeal.
On Similar Lines we have the,
SATURDAY
NIGHT SYNDROME
It’s the pressure that engulfs us a little by Friday evening
and is strong by Saturday morning.
Ques.
What is Saturday Night Syndrome(SNS)?
Ans:
It’s actually a building disease in which the patient has an urge to show on
all his social media platforms that he/she is having an amazing Saturday night
out clubbing or dining. Or is being forced into peer Pressure to go out and
have “fun”.
Here’s the thing
I am a homebody I prefer staying in rather than going out
and if that makes me a 70 year old grandmother so be it.
Plus contrary to popular belief there are tons of things
that a person who stays
home can accomplish like.
1. Catching up on some Reading.
2. Watching Reality Shows
3. Watching Movies
4. Tidying Up
6. Cuddling up with your pet
7 . Long Chats With your friends
8. Or Just Sleep.
Maybe all of these things aren’t that
high on a priority list. But it’s a good reason to just sit back and relax.
Plus having fun doesn’t always mean to donate
out your legs to dancing or socializing. It can be relaxed too.
So, here’s the cure for the SNS.
Just Stay Home.
